In this article we are going to offer you a short review of the poker hands ranking. This rank can be used if you play poker at home, at a land base casino or at an online casino.

The following list contains poker hands ranked from the weakest to the strongest:

• If you have nothing the list below, it’s considered to be the weakest hand for poker.
• High cards only – this can be higher than a player that has some low cards
• 1 pair – one pair is going to give you advantage over the other hands that have nothing. If for example your opponent has also 1 pair, you will win only if your opponent’s pair is made out of cards that are smaller than the cards from your pair.
• 2 pairs – can be outranked by all the hands that will be mentioned after this. They will use the same method just like 1 paid. And are better than all the other hands that were mentioned so far.
• 3 of a kind – also known a trips, is the hand where you have 3 cards with the same number (A A A, 10 10 10) no matter what color they have.
• Straight – straight means that you have all 5 cards in your hand in order. For example A 2 3 4 5, or 3 4 5 6 7.
• Flush – means that you have all the cards in your hand of the same suit, and this will be able to beat all the hands that were presented above.
• Full House – is the hand that contains 3 of a kind and 1 pair. For example if you have K K K and 10 10, this is a full house, and it’s called Kings Full of 10’s.
• 4 of a kind – is also known as Quads. It means that you have 4 cards of the same type: For example A A A A, or 10 10 10 10 10.
• Straight flush – is a straight made of cards from the same suit.
• Royal Flush – This is the strongest poker hand that you can get. It’s made out of Ace, Kind, Queen, Jack, and ten, all of them from the same suit. This will beat any other hand that the other players might have. If you get this hand it’s recommended that you bet as much as possible because this hand can help you outrank all your opponents.

Other rules that might apply to all these rankings are: for example if you have a full house that is made out of 7 7 7 K K, this will be considered lower than a full house that is A A A 2 2.
